Claims for credit accepted if notified within 7 days – for faulty or incorrect products. Products that have been broken or been damaged after 7 days but within current season, will be repaired where possible but we cannot credit goods or postage. We do not accept COD returns.
New clients must prepay before goods are delivered. Credit applications will be sent on request after the first order is complete and should be filled out and returned to Conti Moda for reference check.
Account clients are strictly 30 days
Overdue accounts attract a finance charge of 1.5% after 30 days, credit will be stopped on accounts exceeding 60 days. Defaulters will bear all debt recovery costs if account is placed in the hands of a debt collection agency.
